Comments are invited on Flintshire County Councils draft Resource and Waste Strategy for 2024-2030.
The strategy is intended to help people reduce, reuse, repair and recycle.
Proposals include making it easier for residents to borrow items, rather than buying new ones, through increased collaboration with the Borrow Bus and also by developing a ‘Library of Things’.
