The winner of August’s newsletter subscriber draw, Susan Broadaway of Caerwys, has received her Black Mountain Honey gift set from the Mayor of Mold.
Mrs Broadaway was given the gift set (two pots of honey and a packet of wild flower seeds) by Mayor Teresa Carberry at an informal, socially-distanced presentation in Daniel Owen Square.
A self-confessed honey lover, Susan Broadaway said she was delighted to win and thanked local honey farmer – and Mold Plastic Reduction Business Champion – Laurence Edwards for the beautifully packaged gift.
