NEW APPLE REPAIR SCHEME

Tech giant Apple has finally bowed to public pressure and announced the launch of a Self Service Repair scheme.

To be launched next year, initially in the US and then in other countries, it will give customers access to Apple genuine parts and tools.

The first devices to be covered by the scheme will be the iPhone 12 and iPhone 13, followed by Mac computers featuring M1 chips says the official Apple press release.
